        Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon EST.
      • Two-Day Delivery
        If requested, add $10.00 to the standard shipping rate. Your order should arrive in 2 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon EST. Please be aware that two-day orders placed after 12:00 noon EST, Friday , Saturday or Sunday will process on Monday and should arrive in two business days after shipping. Some items may not qualify for this service. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. This service is not available for all zip codes.
      • Overnight Delivery
        If requested, add $20.00 to the standard shipping rate. Your order should arrive the next business day after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon EST. Please be aware that overnight orders placed after 12:00 noon EST, Friday , Saturday or Sunday will process on Monday and should arrive the next business day after shipping. Some items may not qualify for this service. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. This service is not available for all zip codes.
      • Free Standard Shipping & Processing
        If your order totals $100.00 in merchandise before tax you will receive free standard shipping and processing. Gift certificates do not qualify for this offer.
      • Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico Deliveries
        Add $10.00 to the applicable Shipping & Processing charges. Or order should arrive in 7 to 10 business days if ordered by 12:00 noon EST.

      • Drop Ship Items
        Drop ship items are shipped directly from the manufacturer to your door. Two-day and overnight shipping are not available on these items. Additional time should be allowed for processing the order.
    • Returns & Exchanges
      Our policy is to accept merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Merchandise must be in original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned. Items returned after 30 days might be subject to a reduced refund if not in its original packaging. Shipping & Processing charges are not refundable unless merchandise is damaged or defective. We will notify you via email once your merchandise has been received and a credit has been issued. In most cases a refund will be issued in the same form of payment originally used. In some cases a store credit may be issued.
    • Order Cancellation
      You may cancel your order as long as the order status is "in process". If your order status is "shipped" it cannot be cancelled. A 30% restocking fee may apply to orders cancelled 30 days from the original order date.
